Risk Management Advisory Committee (RMAC)

The Risk Management Advisory Committee contributes to the AEGIS mission by serving as a liaison between AEGIS and its members and advising the Board of Directors concerning risk management issues.

RMAC Accountabilities
  1. Promote members' needs to AEGIS Board and keep the Board advised of RMAC activities, issues and concerns.
  2. Respond to the requests and concerns of the Board.
  3. Maintain confidence of members in the RMAC, communicate and serve as a liaison.
  4. Participate in RMAC meetings and activities.
  5. Review, evaluate and recommend coverage and new products.
  6. Interface and interact with AEGIS staff.
  7. Provide AEGIS management with information regarding the marketplace.
  8. Create and maintain an awareness of the industry mutual concept.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  10. Maintain high level of professional standards.
